About Us

My name is J-R McMinn. I am a husband and father of five. My wife and I have been married for over 25 years and enjoy getting a chance to travel every once in a while. I also enjoy playing with my kids, music, riding bikes and of course, the Broncos!

I began in title insurance as a print puller while I was in high school. Over the years, I was able to learn from some of the most knowledgeable and respected people in our industry. I found that I was able to pick up quickly and had a great eye for detail. This led to over 20 years experience in all phases of the title department from print puller to title department manager.

In 2016, I started TITLE, LLC to help title companies with the challenges a title department faces throughout the ups and downs of the title industry. Having experience with different title production software has given us the ability to help clients faster. Our adaptability allows us to customize our forms and services to best fit our clients needs and comfort level.
