The up and down real estate and lending markets can make the cost of employing a full-time licensed title examiner a hardship on companies. Sometimes companies need part-time help or temporary services while their staff title examiner is on vacation or short-term leave.
We offer contract examination for title companies on a full-time, part-time and temporary basis. All Title Examiners are licensed in the State of Colorado. Our expertise allows us to examine title for all types of transactions involving residential, new build, metes and bounds, and commercial properties.
How we save you money:
The overall cost of an employee is more than just a salary. On average, an employee’s salary is between 65-70 percent of the actual cost when employee benefits are included. The cost also increases when we consider the training, physical office space and equipment necessary for a full-time employee.
TITLE, LLC offers flexible and customizable degrees of service depending on your business practices. Some clients prefer to grant full access to create a completed product ready to send out. Other clients prefer an Examination Write-up and import the information into their commitment production software themselves, saving themselves additional fees.
By utilizing Contract Examination, title company’s decide which transactions are outsourced and which transactions are handled in-house.
